After all, if your business relies on a team of salespeople to generate revenue, it’s worth your time and effort to understand what motivates them. However, as I find in many articles, it’s imperative you take these ideas and build them out so that you have a systematic process to doing so. Take these ideas and go deeper, mapping out a course of what you can do to execute on these ideas on a consistent basis. Otherwise, that’s all they will remain; just a good idea.
