Where there’s disagreement, there is unity: Tom and I are saying essentially the same thing. The traditional notion of a long list of stuff to do has got to go. Tom’s idea of how to focus on the right stuff might be more palatable to those of you who wrote back to me and said, “I love my To-Do list, can’t I keep it?” Try this kind.
