Small Business Q&A
I really need to market my business but can’t seem to find the time. I think I need a marketing plan. Can you help?
A marketing plan won’t do you any good if you don’t have the time to implement it. Your marketing success is all about action. You can’t just create a marketing plan and expect good things to happen like magic.
Here’s what you should do.
Make a list of all the activities you are completing on a daily basis. Group those activities into like functions. Outsource the functions to another professional like a virtual assistant.
Once you’ve outsourced the necessary busy work, you’ll have time to tackle that marketing plan. And it’s most important too. Without marketing, you have no sales. Without sales, you have no business. Time to get cracking and get rid of the stuff that can be done by someone else.
What do you think? Should outsourcing be a mainstay function for small business owners? Leave me a comment.
