Recent crowded and delayed air travel reminds me of all the issues that can and do come up which causes many a sales traveler to become stressed out and frustrated in general.
As far back as 2000, I started bringing a favorite book or magazines with me to the airport – you know the kind of reading material I’m talking about – you get so engrossed with it that you don’t mind waiting a little longer.
Now with the advent of good smartphones with tons of applications – I have to say that other than being concerned about making a connection or getting to a meeting on time – I really don’t mind the waits. If you still do, buy an iPhone – and you can spend hours between your email, Facebook, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Even the most ADD person will appreciate that.
