Kim Raisor loves her job. That’s why she’s been working at Jeffersonville, Ind.-based Service Net Solutions (http://www.servicenet.com) for nearly three years — a highly unusual amount of time given her position as a data entry clerk, a job with traditionally high-turnover rates.
“I love the atmosphere here,” says Raisor. “We get our work done, but we always have fun doing it.””
– Retaining good employees is important to the success equation. It is usually is a lot less expensive to keep an employee then to retrain a new employee so it makes sense to do ‘a little something extra’ for the good employees that you already have working for you. -ed.
