Last week I had the honor of participating in a focus group with Xerox at their Partner Summit. It was a great discussion with several other bloggers and industry analysts who focus on the small business market. We shared our thoughts and ideas about how Xerox could improve and respond to the small business market.
Frankly, you’re probably in the same place I was before I attended. I had no clue about what Xerox had to offer small business. They have always been a “big business” focused company in my mind. But that’s an incorrect perception. They have some really cool products that serve the small business market. Watch for more info as this unfolds. I’m sure we’ll be hearing more about them in the small business marketplace, because they clearly “get it” and have a desire to serve.
