While checking time zones for a teleclass today, I discovered a cool tool that you can use if you need to schedule meetings, events or teleclasses with people in different time zones.
From the home page at WorldTimeServer.com, scroll down the page and click on Event Time Converter on the right side of the page. Set up the time in your location and the date, then click the Submit button.
You will then be directed to a page and a link that you can send to your webinar or teleseminar participants that will let them find the correct time of the meeting in their own time zone. Saves you from having to figure out time zones and lets your participants know exactly when to show up. No more excuses for not knowing the right time.
One thing. The link you get is pretty long. I suggest using SnipURL to reformat the link to something shorter. I prefer snipurl over tinyurl because you can create a name for the link that makes sense rather than getting a bunch of random characters.
