– This is really becoming a costly problem. The new CAN-SPAM act does not solve it in any way. In fact it makes it legal to send spam if you follow the rules. There is a opt-out requirement but the shady spammers will just use that to verify that your e-mail address is valid and spam you even more. There is good advice showing ways to reduce your spam, but it will never go away. -ed.
