At NationLink Wireless, we have a lot of people that are between the age of 22 and 29. This group for the most part has never experienced a “down economy” in their adult life. So, when they are exposed to a constant message of negativity it has to be addressed or that message will creap like a desease into your business.
Here’s what we do…. We add attitude in a big way. We spend a lot of time talking about, training and promoting positive attitudes. We call it “MOJO”. For our 2nd quarter we made the entire theme Mojo Risin’ and we discuss having fun in the office both with clients and with each other. This feeling of “MOJO” creates a vibe that fights off the negative impact that the “news” seems to foster.
So, I’d encourage you to spend some time talking about the positives, having fun, creating more of your own “MOJO”. And By the way…… Sales are up Q2 over Q1 when we focused on the hard numbers rather than the people.
