I learned a long time ago never to think that I’d heard it all, because there’s always something new around the corner. I was proven right, yet again, when I read about the wave of restaurant-grease thefts plaguing Houston. With a street value of 38 cents a pound, the liquid gold is being siphoned illegally in the middle of the night. The grease is then either sold for conversion to bio-diesel, or used for personal use in a home bio-diesel brewery. So if you live in the Houston area, and you smell the distinct odor of French fries emanating from your neighbor’s car, please contact the local authorities.
I wonder how much time you get for this?
