– Finding someone who is as kooky as you are about your business is a great idea but, I think, harder then it sounds. If you do find this type of employee you are pretty lucky but if not you have to succeed with what you are given. That means putting processes and procedures in place that allow you to account for the fact that an employee may not be as excited as you are about your business. That said you should do your best to make sure that your top people are as kooky as you about your business. Doing this would set up a leadership style that would filter down to the not-so-enthusiastic employee. -ed.
