A couple of months I did a series on balancing our professional and personal sides on Facebook. For the younger generation, I think that split is not as much of a concern as it is for we baby boomers. Apparently the conflict isn’t keeping middle-aged folks off the site. According to this San Francisco Chronicle article, the social networking site is now attracting more people over the age of 34 than those younger. The reason? The need for professional networking in a down economy.
