Being in a conference with over 3000 people who are focused on helping their own companies increase sales and revenue makes for high energy days, to say the least. At Dreamforce yesterday, it was session after session hearing ideas for improving marketing and sales through process and methodology with various strategies and business partners.
Day 2 ended today and it was a great one. What is helpful to me, as someone who assists sales teams to work out their selling demons and issues is to hear how others sell.
Listening to case studies has been invaluable over the past two days. Tonight we spent time with the Salesforce.com methodology team plus those in attendance focused in methodology to discuss best practices.
Too numerous to mention, I’ll be posting some new ideas each day in the days to follow. For now, it is wonderful to be around so many individuals working on sales process and performance increases.
I had such a good time that I missed my flight home – one more night in beautiful San Francisco.
