A man who won a 5,000-square-foot lakefront house in the Home & Garden Television “Dream Home” sweepstakes plans to sell it to multiple buyers, his real estate agent said Thursday. Don Cruz, who lived in the Chicago area, won the home in the 2005 HGTV “Dream Home” sweepstakes but has struggled to pay the taxes and upkeep on the property, which total more than $600,000 a year.
