Another reminder about Todd’s customer service week coming up over at Business Thoughts. The lineup is pretty great, even if I do say so myself. Todd asked the authors of five different business-oriented blogs to write about how customer service can improve. He’ll be posting their answers Monday – Friday next week, early in the morning hours.
