So thanks to internet sleuthing, I’ve found yet another cool website for effective communication. Ok, I take that back. That was a lie. This website I found won’t make your communication more effective in any real way. Unless you consider handwritten notes more “effective” than typed ones. But this site I found, Fontifier, doesn’t even really have anything to do with handwriting your notes, per se. Instead, Fontifier turns your handwriting into a font that you can use at anytime.
Pretty cool, huh?
Just so all my readers out there know: I had this idea years ago. I did. I’ve always thought that it would be awesome to have my own handwriting as a font choice. I just never did anything about it because I am technologically sllloooow — current profession notwithstanding. In fact, as cool as I think this site is, and as much as I have always wanted my handwriting — which I love — to be a font, I have not yet used this service. Because I don’t know how to use our scanner. I know.
In any case, if you too enjoy your own handwriting, and unless you’re a doctor — seriously, why do they all have such illegible handwriting? — you should give Fontifier a try. Assuming you know how to work your scanner.
