If you’re an SMB and you’re curious about how best to tackle your own blog, this book is for you. Andy Wibbels the author of “Blog Wild! A Guide for Small Business Blogging” graciously sent me his book and I stayed up all last night reading it. This is a fantastic resource for any small business who is feeling overwhelmed at the thought of having to get the hang of this gosh-darn blogging thang!
Get the book and you’ll get the hang!
Not only does this book provide the nuts and bolts to all things blogging, but it’s so clearly written that I’m tempted to send a copy to my ninety-year old grandma in Alabama who wants to start her own blog on bunko and sell her Bunco Babes shirt on the blog.
This book tells you how blogs work, how you can profit from them, how to craft a blockbuster blog and how to boost your business with blogs.
It also offers very insightful advice of how to manage comments, adjust your blog’s design and turn on your blog feeds.
My favorite bit of advice from Wibbels is in his parting tips section where he tells companies to “Make your blog a conduit for others to contact you.”
Blogging is about contact and customers want to feel connected to your company!
Now go and blog!
