So far as the internet is concerned, we live in a different era than we did in circa 1999. Back then, aside from email and message boards, internet communication was largely a one-way medium. Blogs were just coming into their own and we hadn’t even heard the term “Web 2.0.”
While they may not be able to make or break a company, consumers can certainly taint reputations. No BS marketing is what’s called for. So, take some advice business-owner, jump into the blogosphere with both feet. Enter the fray, and blog like your business depends on it, because it does!
