Mary Sullivan sent me a late submission to the Carnivale of Customer Service. Although I’m not hosting the Carnivale this week (Maria is, over at Customers Are Always) I’m publishing this post for two reasons.

Second, the blog post she submitted is about Best Buy. I was in a Best Buy on Saturday and had a very pleasant experience there. Earlier tonight I was in another Best Buy and was again pleased with their service.
