In my last post I made the point that creativity mashed up with a goal and discipline can help you achieve things you thought were impossible. It’s the attitude that “we can do the ‘possible,’ the ‘impossible’ just takes a little longer.”
That confidence can win you business from new customers as well as increasing the loyalty of your existing customers.
Remember, pessimists refer to the glass as half empty. (They’ll usually fail to meet their customers’ needs.)
Optimists refer to the glass as half full. (They’ll usually meet the customers’ needs.)
I say, refer to the glass as half full of 30-year old single malt whiskey. That’s the way to exceed your customers’ needs:-)
