As life gets frantic so close to holidays for many of us, here are a few quick tips to relax whilst at your desk.

– Walk to a pot plant or outside to the garden and touch a plant. Yes I know it sounds a bit new age but after tapping away at an inanimate object for so long, its amazing how feeling something alive will give you a much needed change.
