Doubleclick Performics has released their Green Marketing Survey, a study of 1087 online, adult consumers, and their buying habits. The results are extremely encouraging for anyone selling “green” versions of their products or services. When faced with a choice between green or non-green, 83% of online consumers would choose green. They want to hear what they’re going to gain from choosing the green version, i.e. longer lasting, cost savings, but if they’re satisfied with the green benefits, they’ll actually pay up to 5% more.
