Designate a certain day of the week or depart that needs a sales boost.
Contact clubs, groups, churches, teams, organizations, etc. etc. with an offer
that if a group comes in during that time, and they that identify them as your
referral, you will donate 10% of their total check to the charity or club. Your
goal (or requirement) will be to get them to promote to their members and
supporters that “Monday Night is [Group]’s Night at [your place’s name]”
