Remember, closure could mean that the deal ends up happening, or it may be deemed as not a qualified opportunity after all. What is important is finding out the truth, and moving forward from there. If your sales pipeline is full of opportunities that are not really going to happen, it is better to get them out of your pipeline and focus on what IS real.
