If it’s nurtured with new ideas it grows and thrives and takes off in new directions. However if you’ve always done the same thing, your business will become stagnant and eventually die. Make sure you meet with your key people ever so often to bounce around new ideas.
5.Wasted leads. Wasted database. I hate to say it but nearly every client I work with has a focus on new names on a cold calling list but often forget the leads they’ve already generated. So in essence they forget to work these leads and which can fall by the wayside be forgotten and ultimately cost your business millions in lost revenue.

Even if it winds up in the trash. Direct mail is a great way of letting the prospect know who you are and what you do. Prospects are visual. Its great if you can convey who you are over the phone but there is nothing like seeing the info in black and white. Keeping your name in front of your prospects is a sure way of getting more business in the door. What do you think your competitors are doing?
