We’re on a roll. In my post on Monday night I listed 12 topics that a jewelry store could use in a blog. On Tuesday, two more bloggers, Mark and Meikah, picked up what I think is a beme and ran with it. Tonight, Maria, at Customers Are Always, adds to the conversation by suggesting topics for a blog written by an art gallery.
If you believe that businesses should blog, pick a profession (and let’s not forget B2B) and create some topics for a blog. (I’m temporarily unable to accept comments and trackbacks so send me an e-mail and I’ll publish it here.)
How does this relate to customer service? I believe a blog can attract new customers and strengthen relationships with those you already have. That enhances the customer service experience.
