9. Start Selling Right Away
Not everyone needs to know about every aspect of your product or service. Don't waste customers' time telling them about things that don't convey a value to them. Too much information is just as bad as too little -- people's eyes glaze over, and they lose interest. Stick to the most important points, and make sure your contact, pricing, and ordering information is clear and easy to find.
