At presstime, Barry Callebaut and the Van Leer Corporation, Jersey City, New Jersey, are discussing a potential acquisition of Van Leer by Barry Callebaut. 'We are discussing with Van Leer,' reports Pierre Petit, vice president, Barry Callebaut, North America.
