THE HOOK: Just in time for back to school, Sconza launched its first peg bag trail mix. Called Alpine Mix, the product features a variety of flavors, from banana chips to chocolate-flavored

buttons. Sconza Vice President Greg Cater says that the goal was not only to make it nutritious, but also to create a truly unique product. "We wanted a trail mix that took the best from each of the current market's trail mixes. Then we made it our own with Sconza's coconut toffee peanuts."

INGREDIENTS: Peanuts, bananas, raisins, sugar, cocoa, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey, corn syrup, coconut, peanut oil/or vegetable oil, coconut oil, artificial colors (Red 40, Yellow 5 & 6, Blue 1, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 & 6 Lake, Blue 1 & 2 Lake, caramel color, titanium dioxide), nonfat milk powder, natural banana flavor, soy lecithin-an emulsifier, salt, wax, dextrin, vanillin-an artificial flavor.
