LOS ANGELES -- The panel discussion, "Recovering the Crescent City: The Future of New Odeans's Past," hosted by the Getty Conservation Institute, recently brought together experts to discuss the widespread destruction in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the effect of the flooding on the city's architecture, museums, and cultural heritage, and what the future holds for the city.
