Advanstar's Call Center and CRM Group announced Call Center Las Vegas will be moving to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center for the 2003 show.
Formerly held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the conference and exposition is going into its 13th year and will be held February 10-13, 2003. The conference will offer more than 50 educational sessions, which will focus
