Now in its 12th year, Hilton Vacation Station continues to develop innovative new programs and services to help bring out the kid in everyone for summertime fun at 59 family-friendly destinations in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico.

From now through Labor Day weekend, every family traveling with kids that stays at a participating Hilton Vacation Station hotel or resort will receive a complimentary welcome gift for each young guest in their party ages two to 12. This summer, children will be treated to the Hilton Vacation Station Cooler Carrier, a compact canvas bag that has an insulated compartment to hold lunch or snacks, a mesh-net drink holder on the side and an extra pocket for kids to stow all the goodies they carry for fun on the road.

To fill those Cooler Carriers, a snack pack service will be available this summer at most Hilton Vacation Station hotels and resorts. Designed to fit in the insulated section of the Cooler Carrier, each Snack Pack includes a choice of snack options -- from healthy items to salty and sweet selections. Parents can order Hilton Vacation Station Snack Pack selections, which are priced under $4.00, via room service for pick up at participating hotel restaurants.

So you don't need to take up precious suitcase space with toys from home, Hilton Vacation Station is one of the only hotel programs to provide free use of toys and games to kids and families during their hotel stay through its unique Toy Lending Desk. Families can borrow includes a wide selection of age-appropriate toys and games for children (and adults) to borrow for hours of great family interaction and entertainment.

Supervised kids activities in half and full-day sessions are available at 14 of the most popular Hilton Vacation Station family destinations. Each of these programs not only provides kids with the opportunity to interact and meet other kids, it also provides them with an array of fun and educational activities that have been specially designed to reflect the local area. Programs range from miniature golf and making chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant to visiting local museums and aquariums to learn about the natural and cultural wonders of the place they are visiting. Fees and age qualifications vary by location. Multiple child discounts are available at most locations.

Children age 18 and under stay free in the same room with their parents or grandparents at all U.S. Hilton properties (subject to room occupancy and local fire safety regulations). Outside the U.S., age qualifications vary by location. Hilton Vacation Station is offered at no additional charge to guests traveling with children age 12 and under to participating hotels from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend and is available in conjunction with all packages and accommodation types at participating locations.
