Four Seasons Regent Hotels and Resorts is collaborating with Lyonnaise des Eaux-Dumez to develop a new luxury housing on a resort on the island of Nevis in the Caribbean. The project involves the development of five neighborhoods of single-family and duplex housing as well as custom-home sites. Several models have been built, with a price range of $620,000 to $1.35 million. The houses will be fully serviced by the resort's housekeeping, landscaping and recreational services.
