LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2001

After extensive initial discussions last week in Las Vegas, DreamVision Motion Pictures and Television/Entertainment Division/Orlando announced today that the much anticipated new "Rick Silanskas/Ambassador

of Romance" international television special will emanate from a venue in Las Vegas, Nevada and will be viewed in 21 countries including Brazil and Mexico.

The special follows up the top rated "Portrait of Love/Rick Silanskas Special" seen in 13 countries on Bravo International/Pramer in 2000.

Robert Wallace, DreamVision vice-president of entertainment, confirmed this morning that discussions are nearing conclusion with several major hotels and resorts in Las Vegas. The new television special, to be produced by DreamVision, will emanate from the chosen venue. In addition, the venue will become the home for the live show with multiple appearances throughout the year.
