American's newest light rail opens out West.(Salt Lake City, Utah)(Interview)

The Olympic scandal has slowed but not halted progress in Salt Lake City.

Salt Lake County's TRAX light rail system, scheduled to open to the public in December, was completed several months ahead of schedule. UTA projects the system will carry 14,000 riders a day in the coming year.
