May 6--The cost of driving on the 91 Express Lanes could change right before your eyes.
The Orange County Transportation Authority, which operates the lanes, is studying technology that could adjust tolls depending on how many cars are on the road at a given time -- similar to a system now in use on the I-15 Express Lanes in San Diego.
