Rail yard to haul in 30,000 jobs.

Feb. 27--A $450 million rail complex on a 3,800-acre rail development at the Southern California Logistics Airport will create 30,000 jobs.

Airport developer Stirling Airports International in Foothill Ranch plans to develop the rail complex in three phases in five years, beginning in late spring or early summer, said Felicia Crusar, Stirling director of logistics services.
