South Florida Cruise Lines Contracts Three New Ships.

Sep. 20--South Florida cruise lines signaled their future is looking brighter on Friday by contracting for three new ships in one day, including a $720 million behemoth that will be the largest cruise ship ever built.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. confirmed it will go ahead with "Ultra Voyager" a super-sized version of its popular 1999 ship Voyager of the Seas, which has a huge interior arcade and an ice rink. The ship would tower 18 stories over the dock, stretch the lengt
