Jia Lu releases new book, premieres sculpture in Guam. (news).(Brief Article)

DUARTE, Calif. -- Alius Corporation has released the first book about artist Jia Lu and her work. The 176-page hardcover book includes 90 full-color oil paintings from 1995--when the artist switched to oils--to 2001. A biographical introduction is provided by Alius Corporation President Geoffrey Bonnycastle. The company has signed with distributors in Canada to offer the book in bookstores and hopes to do the same in the United States in the future. Currently, the book can be found in galleries across the country representing Lu's work or ordered directly from Alius Corporation.
