Delta to host in-flight concert to celebrate theGRAMMY Awards.

Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) has announced that musician John Legend will perform an acoustic concert on board its new GRAMMY-branded aircraft for passengers flying from New York to Los Angeles for the 50th Annual GRAMMY Awards.

Winners of the CBS sweepstakes, as well as one guest each, will receive a boarding pass for Delta's "GRAMMY Flight", departing from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York on 7 February for Los Angeles International Airport.

The airline said that its Boeing 757 will be branded with the gramophone symbol next to the front boarding door and on the front left side of the aircraft.

Delta is hosting this in-flight performance in partnership with The Recording Academy and CBS in order to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the awards.

The awards are scheduled to be broadcast on Sunday 10 February from 20:00-23:00 ET from STAPLES Center on the CBS Television Network.
