Business Editors/Travel Writers

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2003

Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) plans to resume limited service at Denver International Airport (DIA) today, March 20, 2003. The airline anticipates operating approximately 96 of its normally scheduled 164 flights

today, March 20, and is in the process of posting those flights to its website (www.frontierairlines.com) in an effort to assist customers. Customers are also encouraged to check Frontier Airlines' automated flight status at www.frontierairlines.com for information about their specific flights.

Customers may also call Frontier's general reservations line at 800-432-1359. Due to heavy call volume and short staffing as many people are still unable to leave their homes, Frontier's general reservation number may be busy, or you may experience a significant delay when calling Frontier. Frontier apologizes for the delay, and asks customers to go directly to the airline's web site (www.frontierairlines.com) for current information.

Frontier has extended its re-protection policy to include travelers who are booked for travel today, March 19 through Friday, March 21, 2003. As a reminder that policy includes:

-- Customers are allowed to make one free rebooking for travel anytime through March 31, 2003, subject to seat availability. No fare difference of change fees will be applied. City pair changes will be allowed once.

-- Customers are allowed to rebook for travel after March 31, 2003, for travel through June 12, 2003 (any difference in fare will be applicable; however, the change fee will be waived).

-- Customers are allowed to travel standby through Monday March 31, 2003.
