AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Goodrich Corporation (NYSE:GR), a supplier of systems and services to aerospace, defence and homeland security markets, has signed a long-term flight hour agreement (FHA) with SilkAir, a regional airline wholly owned by Singapore Airlines.

According to the company, the agreement is for spares and maintenance support for SilkAir's Airbus A320 engine nacelles and is part of Goodrich Aerostructures' Prime Solutions suite of flexible service solutions for nacelle maintenance.

The long-term agreement will be for a period of over 12 years, ensuring that the Goodrich Aerostructures Service Center - Asia (GASCA) will maintain the engine nacelles in SilkAir's fleet of nine A320s.
