Continental Is Off to a Flying Start at Okaloosa County, Fla., Airport.

Jun. 13--Louis Valencia wasn't expecting to be greeted with such fanfare Thursday afternoon when he arrived at Okaloosa Regional Airport.

The Chipley resident, who usually flies out of Panama City or Pensacola, had to sidestep blue and white balloons, flowers and a giant cake to reach the ticket counter.

Valencia didn't know it, but his travel agent had booked him on the first Continental Express flight out of Fort Walton Beach to Houston. <
