Northwest's On-Time Rate Gets Better.

May 6--A decrease in flights helped several airlines, including Northwest, improve on-time performance in March, a report released Monday by the U.S. Department of Transportation shows.
Most airlines have been reporting better on-time arrival and departure performance recently because they are flying fewer planes than a year ago.
