Passenger Traffic at Harrisburg, Pa., Airport Declines Slightly in 2003.

Jan. 29--Passenger traffic at Harrisburg International Airport was down 1 percent last year, or nearly 14,000 travelers, after a near-record increase of 15.6 percent in 2002.

Still, the airport in Lower Swatara Twp. did better than the national average, which showed a 2.8 percent drop, HIA officials pointed out Wednesday at the Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority's monthly board meeting.
