Low-Fare Airline WestJet Providing All-Jet Service to Western Canada for the People of Detroit.

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2003

WestJet-Canada's low-fare airline-today announced that it is adding service from Windsor, Ontario starting April 1, 2003, providing service to destinations throughout western Canada. The Windsor International Airport is located eight miles from downtown Detroit.

WestJet (TSX:WJA) will offer connecting service to 12 western Canadian destinations five days every week, and non-stop weekend service between Windsor and Calgary, Alberta. One-way fares from Windsor start as low as CDN $179. Seats are available for sale immediately.

Marie, Thunder Bay, London, Ottawa, Hamilton, Toronto, Windsor (beginning April 1), Moncton, and Halifax (beginning February 27).
