Corporate Wings to land $12M deal

Corporate Wings Inc. of Richmond Heights is jetting down the runway to faster growth with the acquisition of a larger New York aviation company that will more than double its annual revenue.

In a deal expected to close by mid-September, directors of Corporate Wings have approved the purchase of Miller Aviation Inc. of Johnson City, N.Y., for $12.5 million. The acquisition will add 14 airplanes, 180 employees and an estimated $60 million in annual revenues to Corporate Wings' expanding air-charter and airplane maintenance business.
