Few reference books have proven as useful to engineers and craftsmen as the Machinery's Handbook. This volume, available on CD ROM, has been the industry standard on metalworking for almost a century. Now in its 26th edition, the handbook has been updated and remains the most authoritative, reference work available for manufacturing.

This latest paper version adds almost 100 pages to the earlier editions. It offers a wealth of new and updated information to keep pace with modern production and manufacturing practices. The overall presentation is also improved, for example, by refining the page layout with better information and graphics. The table of contents and comprehensive index have been expanded to make finding information faster and easier.

Additional topics and materials have been added to the Mathematics section. This includes new coverage of coordinate systems and interpolations. Information on logarithms, trigonometry, and sinebar tables are restored to the handbook in this edition. A new Drafting Practices section includes information about geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and ISO surface-texture specifications.
