BELT-DRIVE ACTUATOR

The B3W Series electric belt-drive actuator can be used as a direct drop-in replacement for B3B actuators, allowing users to accelerate larger loads faster, without additional cost. It contains the same bearing structure of the B3B but with a wider belt for longer strokes at greater speeds. The result

is more speed, thrust, and acceleration as an alternative to auxiliary rail systems. The B3W is designed for high wear resistance, repeatable accuracy, and high load capacities. It features a patented heavy-duty sealed bearing system at both drive and idle pulleys, stainless-steel dust band for internal parts protection, and a urethane-steel belt. Sturdy construction lets the device provide consistent tracking for the full life of the actuator.
