Ford E-Series has the highest owner loyalty rating of any full-size van and offers a variety of configurations to meet customer needs. The E-Series lineup includes Van, Wagon, Cutaway and Stripped Chassis models, with vans and wagons featuring an enclosed, secure storage area that can be used for both business and personal use.
A truck for every purpose
E-Series Van and Wagon models are available in regular- and extended-lengths. The Cutaway offers a choice of three wheelbases, while the Stripped Chassis is available in four wheelbases. In 2002, Ford extends the E-Series family even further by adding an all-new E-550 Super Duty Cutaway, with five wheelbases and the highest gvwr available in a Cutaway (17,500 and 19,000 pounds).

* 4.2-liter OHV V-6--producing 191 horsepower at 4,800 rpm and 244 lb.-ft, of torque at 2,750 rpm.
* 4.6-liter Triton[TM] SOHC V-8--achieving 225 horsepower at 4,800 rpm and 286 lb.-ft, of torque at 3,500 rpm.
* 5.4-liter Triton SOHC V-8--delivering 255 horsepower at 4,500 rpm and 350 lb.-ft, of torque at 2,500 rpm.
* 6.8-liter Triton SOHC V-10--boasting 305 horsepower at 4,250 rpm and 420 lb.-ft, of torque at 3,250 rpm.
* 7.3-liter Power Stroke[TM] Turbo Diesel V-8--producing 215 horsepower at 2,600 rpm and 425 lb.-ft, of torque at 1,800 rpm.
All four gasoline engine choices feature a fail-safe cooling system, while the three Triton engines also feature a deep skirt engine block design, as well as low-friction components to enhance reliability and fuel economy.
